All candidates are evaluated under equal terms and a pre-selection is made among the resumes. All applications are evaluated and stored on resume database.
We make competence-based or behaviour-oriented interviews with the candidates who are invited for an employment interview. When necessary, these interviews are supported with English, personal and preofessional ability tests. Feedback through e-mail is provided to our candidates who are not evaluated as positive in these processes.
